This customer had a pretty terrible drywall repair done. They just spread drywall compound over a water damaged area, and painted it without sanding it smooth first. Eventually all the compound started cracking and falling, and this is basically right where their customers stand to check out.

I replaced a couple toilets and a couple "fandeliers" today. The toilets got taller and more oblong and the fans got a more modern update. I only took one set of pics because the toilets were the same and so were the fans.
