Before anything looks Instagram ready or Pinterest worthy, it looks like this. Dusty, messy, a little scary, and nothing like the vision board you spent hours putting together.

What your used to seeing is the finish line. But there’s so much that happens first. Between design meetings and demos there are moments where everything looks like organized chaos before it becomes something beautiful.

The pretty part only exists because of everything that came before it. Trust the process. Trust your team. Trust the vision.

Inside our project ✨

This family had a covered porch they loved on paper but rarely got to enjoy in real life. between the bugs, the heat, and the cold months, they were only really using it a handful of weeks out of the year. They wanted a space that worked for them no matter the season — somewhere that felt like an extension of the home, not an afterthought.

So they brought us in to reimagine what this porch could really be.

We added phantom screens, an accordion-style window, a pocket screen door, and heaters to make it a true year-round living space. The challenge was working within the existing structure — we had to find a way to integrate the new screens without disrupting the character of the original porch.

So we did what we do best.

We custom built columns with tracks designed to house the phantom screens seamlessly, preserving the aesthetic of the space while quietly adding all the function it was missing.

The result is a porch that finally lives the way they always wanted it to — open and airy when the weather’s perfect, sealed and comfortable when it’s not, and beautiful either way.

A space that no longer waits for the right season to be enjoyed.

Our Muted Sunset Reno’s dining + living room.

These clients came to us with a closed-off, choppy layout and a vision for something more open and connected. To get there, we completely reimagined the floor plan — opening up the space to create a seamless open-concept dining and living area that finally breathes.

One of our favorite details are the arched doorways — a subtle architectural moment that adds softness and character while framing the flow between spaces.

A full layout transformation that proves the right structural changes can completely change how a home feels to live in.
