We are in process of installing a “stucco” surface stone border.
We start with 4x8x16 cinder blocks
As you see my Mason apply the first coat of “stucco” mix. We use Portland cement Type S,
add sand (3-1 ratio) for two coats. The second is wetter / heavier and immediately use a “textured” roller to give the “rough” look.
Lastly, we will paint white.
For larger surfaces we use a “stucco”
sprayer/blower that will give the “popcorn “ look

Homeowner wanted to add an Italian Cypress
A mature cypress are hard to find. Normally the availability are 15 gal. Tall n skinny.
I found this beauty in Lewisville

Taylor Sheridan was 40 years old and down to his last $800 when he quit acting for good.

I was awarded this additional project on the Waters Edge street property in the Colony bordering Lake Lewisville.
The first area along the fence is a massive grade slope. We intend to construct 3 STEP DOWN levels or
Tier landscaping.
On one level we are adding a SAGO PALM; on a second level a WINDMILL PALM. Artificial turf as ground cover.
The far back area we are installing
Bermuda sod , the rolls kind.

Along the way , behind the AC will be a trash can pad; on other side of gate will be a 4’ wide garden box.

In a VERY HOT day, we are in midst of a hardscape project. This side of house was forever wet/moist and never grew grass.
We built a walkway and covered area with 2” of NATIVE Cobblestone
Once wash the stone then it will look awesome
