📞 757-531-6869 📞 Monolithic step footer slab for this 12’x12’ Storage Building in a (HOA) neighborhood. We had a lot of extra work on this small slab. Took 6 yds of concrete. 27” of drop on the back side of building. We had to do a step footer for this foundation. From the backside bulkhead it’s 27” from the bottom of footer to top of the slab. 5 yds of sand was compacted down.
