We are looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for our HVAC/Electrical business, approximately 30 hours per week (negotiable). Wage based on experience and qualifications. Manage most aspects of a small office with professionalism. STRONG BOOKKEEPING AND COMPUTER SKILLS are a must. Associate Degree in Business/Accounting or higher, or Equivalent Experience. Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills needed, and the ability to work independently. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, scheduling and coordinating with customers and technicians, ordering parts and equipment, managing inventory. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word is a plus. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly deposits and reporting for sales tax, employer taxes, etc. Other related duties as assigned.
