Just wrapped up this character grade maple floor stained with DuraSeal Early American, and we are loving how it turned out.

Character grade maple gets a bad rap sometimes, but that's exactly what makes it special. The knots, mineral streaks, and natural variation give it a warmth and personality that clear grade just can't match. Pair that with Early American stain and you've got a floor that feels like it's always belonged in the home.
