Back patio of this customer’s house was down 3 inches sloping directly to the foundation of their home.

The slab was also behind the house where there was multiple trees in the way to get the proper equipment back there that’d make it a task to tear out and replace.

Fortunately we have 200 feet of hose to reach back there to not only save the lawn from heavy equipment but to easily get this done without any disruption to the property.

Some more work done for Berkley Heights HOA in Spirit Lake.

Never fun to have to step into a puddle outside your front door everytime it rained!

We corrected the issue by raising and giving positive slope away from the front door and foundation of the home!

This is something that would’ve only got worse without a hefty replacement cost or using us as a fast, cost effective solution.

Everything in this customers house is handicapped accessible.

Besides going in and out of her house.

That is, until we fixed the issue!

She can now safely come and go as she pleases!

Made the journey up to Fairmont, Minnesota while in the Okoboji area to get this customers driveway looking new!

Some before and afters of a set of 50+ year old stairs we worked on this week!

The comfortable, standard step is 6”-7”!

If you feel like you have to take a large step to get in, you’re more than likely not at the standard!
