We offer steady, year-round work and are looking for a versatile, skilled carpenter who takes pride in top-tier craftsmanship to join our crew!
💰 PAY: Starting at $40.00+ / hour
📅 SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
📍 LOCATION: Carrabassett Valley / Sugarloaf, ME area

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Framing: Build high-end residential structures with a strict focus on structural accuracy and quality layout.
• Finish Carpentry: Install premium interior/exterior trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
• Layouts: Measure, mark, and cut premium materials flawlessly from architectural plans.
• Installation: Install subflooring, sheathing, house wrap, and custom window/door frames.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and professional job site.
WHAT YOU NEED:
• 2+ years of residential carpentry experience (both framing and finish work).
• Strong knowledge of advanced building materials, carpentry techniques, and math.
• Extreme attention to detail—our custom projects demand tight tolerances and clean finishes.
• Your own basic tool belt and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Two professional references (names and phone numbers required).
