SEASONAL PART-TIME LAWN CARE HELP WANTED
Carolina Beach & Kure Beach

Local lawn care company seeking a dependable seasonal part-time 1099 contractor to join our team servicing Carolina Beach & Kure Beach for the summer season.

Schedule:
• Approximately 3 days per week
• Fridays required
• No weekends
• Typical hours: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM
• Rain/weather may occasionally affect scheduling

Pay:
• $17/hour base pay
• Performance bonus up to $20/hour when all assigned properties are completed daily with no callbacks

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable driving company vehicles and an occasional golf cart while working
• Background check required (at no cost to applicant)
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Able to work outdoors in heat and humidity
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Smartphone required (we use the Yardbook app for scheduling, routes, and time clock)
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, and able to communicate professionally with clients in English

Additional Information:
• Previous lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
• All PPE, uniforms, and equipment provided
• Potential for additional hours and future seasons for the right person
• Independent contractor (1099) position
