We'd like to take a moment to thank the L&L Wives for all of their hard work raising our 9 children (3 each) & putting up with the entrepreneurial life. It's not easy with the early mornings, late evenings, and the 7 day a week work week. We love you.

L&L Ventures & L&L Philanthropy hosted it's second annual Socialights Gala on September 19th, 2026.

We were blessed to have over 200 guests join us in our mission to bring light to those in darkness during the holiday season. The money raised will all be used to light Joy Homes across the city of Pittsburgh in the upcoming holiday lighting season.

L&L Ventures & Pittsburgh Socialights will be hosting their second annual Socialights Gala at the Club at Nevillewood September 19th at 6 PM!

We are fortunate to have 13 sponsors for the event and have opened for individual tickets sales if you would like to join us.

It's a special event to raise money for an unbelievable cause, the Pittsburgh Socialights Hope & Joy Home initiative. A Hope & Joy Home is a home where the family has undergone some type of hardship & we surprise them with lighting to brighten their holiday season. At our recent quarterly meeting, we celebrated the life of Dr. Tim Murphy, who unexpectedly passed away. We honored Tim with a shot of his favorite bourbon & then stood for the national anthem.

Tim helped our organization throughout the past few years and was a great mentor to many in the office.

In addition, we had a very active meeting and celebrated many wins, discussed challenges, and looked at the road map ahead. There is a lot of positive momentum with the team moving forward.

God bless you Tim, may you forever rest in heaven!
