At our recent quarterly meeting, we celebrated the life of Dr. Tim Murphy, who unexpectedly passed away. We honored Tim with a shot of his favorite bourbon & then stood for the national anthem.

Tim helped our organization throughout the past few years and was a great mentor to many in the office.

In addition, we had a very active meeting and celebrated many wins, discussed challenges, and looked at the road map ahead. There is a lot of positive momentum with the team moving forward.

God bless you Tim, may you forever rest in heaven!

Our philanthropy organization will be hosting it's second annual Socialights Gala this fall at the Club at Nevillewood!

It's an initiative Pittsburgh Socialights started several years ago in which we light up homes for people in need. Someone loses a loved one, or becomes sick, some type of tragedy strikes. Our goal is to bring light to those in need during a dark time.

L&L Ventures has updated their core values to reflect who we truly are.

At one of our EOS training's, our instructor, Pallavi Golla, asked us to rethink our core values. As we looked at them more in detail, they were basic & very generic ~ it was a brain blast of, of course we expect people to operate with integrity.

Then we looked back from the very first day of starting our companies and asked ourselves, "what got us here?"

And more importantly the question that needs to be asked, "well what got us here, and will also get us there?"

This is what we came up with, it's in our DNA.
