SHLY™ Shade is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help homeowners transform their outdoor living spaces. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and earning an exceptional income based on your performance, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
☑ Meet with homeowners for company-provided sales appointments.
☑ Design customized pergola, and outdoor living solutions.
☑ Prepare professional proposals and present pricing options.
☑ Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
☑ Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
☑ Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

Represent SHLY™ Shade with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For
☑ 2+ years of consultative sales experience (home improvement, construction, remodeling, or outdoor living preferred).
☑ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
☑ Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
☑ Comfortable using CRM software and technology.
☑ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
☑ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
