Sigma Builders was created by an experienced cross-industry and cross-disciple team with a vision to continuously deliver greater value to our home buyers through innovation and process optimization. Sigma Builders is financially strong as the partners successfully funded and sold over $40M in residential real estate from 2010-2016. In an industry where the word custom is often synonymous with great expense, we work diligently to redefine this association. As a team, we have over 90 years combined experience in the home building industry. Our culture is built on out-of-the-box thinking which leads to innovative designs and processes. Sigma Builders balances your custom home outcome while adapting volume builder pricing and practices to create unique value propositions for home buyers. Many custom home builders in the Indianapolis area build less than 10 homes per year and no spec homes. As a result, these builders are unable to negotiate lower prices with their trades due to lack of volume. Sigma Builders is approaching the market with over 20 years of home building procurement trade experience with long standing trade relationships. When this experience is combined with our guarantee of a minimum of 25 homes per year, Sigma Builders is able to deliver higher value to our customers. Additionally, with thorough market research and analysis performed on all our projects, we are able to provide unique designs of every home we build and target the best possible land positions. We couple this with the commitment of our proven trade base who are dedicated to providing the industry’s best quality service and pricing. We are unwavering in this rigorous process. As a result, we are able to proudly endorse our product to you, our future home owner. In summary, our approach to home design is different than most. With nearly 30 years of design experience combined with an absolute passion for architecture, our team is dedicated to including cutting edge design features in every home we build. Additionally, all our plans are evaluated by a cross-functional team to ensure exquisite appearing homes that are equally functional for your family’s everyday living needs. Sigma Builders looks forward to helping design and build your dream home.
