Gary Nance offers more than thirty years of residential and commercial experience. He brings a fresh mix of classic style, emphasizing functional design plans and architectural details. Working closely with clients and contractors he incorporates the integrity through the design as well as the construction process of each project. He has been featured on the cover of several Better Homes and Garde

ns publications and local magazines such as House Trends, Indianapolis Monthly and the Indianapolis Business Journal. In addition, his previous residence which he designed was on the cover of Better Homes and Gardens Planning Issue and their Home Building Idea cover. Gary was also published in Traditional Home Magazine featuring a cottage he designed on Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana. He premiered his product line The Gary Nance Collection at High Point Market of Custom Light Fixtures, Hardware & Stair Spindles which is all made in the U.S.A. In 2021 he visited the headquarters of Oikos Architetture D'ingresso located 50 km from Venice, Italy to experience the design process, manufacturing and tests for the custom-made safety doors. After coordinating with Oikos he was one of three designers in the United States to have a project featured in their l’atelier catalog. Most recently he is working on a family estate in Franklin, Tennessee, a winery in the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York, cottages on Lake Charlevoix, Michigan and a family compound on the North Shore of Chicago.
