1409 Linden coming down the home stretch checks all the "must have" boxes...

1. Expansive 3rd story roof decks that are, for the most part, no longer allowed on new permits in 2022.

2. Large rear deck and extra deep yard for tons of private outdoor space in the heart of Fountain Square.

3. Fully finished carriage house 2nd unit for guests, office, or income production.

4. 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms and gorgeous contemporary design and styling.

2022 is off to a strong start in terms of home prices. One recently enacted change in Indianapolis basically eliminated new permits for single family homes with 3rd story lofts, rooms, or decks.

Will still be allowed for townhouses and condos, but no longer for detached single family houses.

We have 6 coming to market in 2022 that were submitted in time to allow for this highly desirable feature.

I know several other builders will also be exhausting their inventory of these homes as well - so if this is something you or someone you know really wants in a brand new home, the time to act is now!

We have 2 in Fountain Square, 1 in Holy Cross and 3 in Broad Ripple planned for delivery in the next 60-180 days and unfortunately that will be it unless the building codes change again.

Our closest to delivery is at 1409 Linden in Fountain Square - anticipated end of March to mid-April!
