I personally wanted to thank you for your superior, superb, resilient, durable, almost unbreakable flooring that you guys manufactured and produced. I know you guys had to re-engineer and redesign the tongue and groove locking mechanism which keeps the flooring planks together, tight, flat, and in place bc of reoccurring issues in homes your products are in. Because of you Iāve completed two different jobs, two different times, losing more than $12K in labor, on top of gas. I appreciate you guys forcefully allowing me to work for free, and denying my invoice that was for just half of whats actually owed. if it wasnāt for you, two different customers with different homes in different locations would have never got to see how a moral, ethical, and accountable business runs thanks to your faulty product I installed a few years ago.. if your product had a working tongue and groove locking mechanism, I would have never received the chance to complete two different jobs Iāve already completed, twice! thank you for eliminating any type of customer service or support for contractors and/or home owners.. had you maintained such a department or standard, you would never have gotten to stiff me on my invoice, and eliminate tons of future customers! Iām so grateful and happy to have worked with products so for future jobs, I can tell the difference between quality and crap, as well as which manufacturers to avoid at all cost as if it were life and death situation. I appreciate you guys taking the time out of your busy day to call, and explain to me that my 100lb customer on her 20lb wheelchair she was in for 3 days did all of this damage, and definitely NOT the faulty, flawed, failing tongue and groove system you guys completely reengineered and replaced after almost three years. Any or who wants a better idea of what NOT to do, how NOT to maintain your customer base, is the place to stop at. Thank you for the quality flooring youāll find in the pictures above!
