Another house on Walcott Street, just a few minutes down the road from our first property. This one is in the neighborhood I grew up in, so it’s always nice to be back working in an area that’s familiar to me.

Looking forward to getting started on this one and sharing the progress along the way.

🥵 Was burning up out there! 😂 But we’re making some serious progress on our Walcott property!

The flooring is officially installed and all the framing is now complete. 🔨🏠

Next up: we’re waiting on permit approval so we can get started on the plumbing and keep this project moving! 🚧
