Located in southwest Reno, Argent Flats will be a 273-unit multifamily community offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes across two four-story buildings. The residences will feature thoughtfully designed interiors with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, hardwood-style flooring, smart-home technology, full-size washers and dryers, expansive walk-in closets, and private balcony, patio, and yard options. Spanning more than 84,000 square feet, the purpose-built campus unifies the team’s commercial and technical operations under one roof, integrating race shop functions, R&D spaces, collaborative engineering zones, driver wellness areas, and high-performance training facilities into a cohesive environment tailored to elite motorsports. It also delivers an immersive experience for sponsors, partners, and fans that expresses Arrow McLaren’s bold identity through performance driven design and brand storytelling. Ardalan Plaza is a three-story, mixed-use development replacing existing single-family homes on the south side of Main Street between 3rd Avenue SW and 4th Avenue SW in downtown Carmel. The project includes five for-sale condominiums above street-level retail, seamlessly blending residential and commercial uses to enhance the vibrancy of the area. As a visual cornerstone of Carmel’s Arts & Design District, Ardalan Plaza will strengthen the Main Street gateway with a bold and thoughtful architectural presence.
