North Ridge Mechanical LLC is excited to announce that we are hiring. We are looking to add a talented LEAD INSTALLER to our team.
Job description:
This job mainly consists of - Lead Residential New Construction Technician where you will be working closely with a helper to complete the installation of HVAC systems from start to finish of new construction homes. From: Layout, Rough-in, Running Ductwork, Setting/Wiring Systems, Start up, to Finish. This position will also include some changeout / retrofit work.
Applicants MUST possess HVAC Experience with preferably Lead Installer Experience.
Knowledgeable in Residential Heat Pumps, Gas/Oil Furnaces, Boilers, Mini Split Systems, Geothermal and Air Conditioners
New Construction Rough-in / Installation and Change-Out Experience Required
Must be Organized
Provide Exceptional Management Skill
Meticulous work ethic
Work well with others
Able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
Ability to problem solve on the go

Must be Reliable, Timely and possess a Driver’s License w/ clean driving record.
