Finishes going up on the Room with a View
Insulated the ceiling with R-30 prior to installation of the Pro Bead soffit , Legrand Wire mold in ivory installed and and color match electrical outlets and face plates installed. “That’s a whole story on its own let’s just say we go above and beyond “ Roofing and Siding tie in complete . White triple 4” in white soffit to match closer to the original construction.
The triangles insulated and cladded . Royal PVC trim for exterior cladding delivered on the home stretch in time for Customers Book Club Reveal we promised completion which is soon approaching.

Third story complete, second story skylight and coping metal coming up next for this Historic Building Downtown. Finally making easement for future projects for more satisfied clients and contractors alike. We were able to get this TPO membrane approved by HARB to ensure our clients building stays dry for many years to come with a fourty yr life expectancy enabled by hot air welding the seams to eliminate adhesive exposure to the elements which inevitably breaks down overtime. This process fuses, the two sheets of membrane together, creating a unilateral membrane.
