Slowly making progress with this old ductwork .. it takes time and it’s a messy job to do but it makes a world of difference . Few more passes and should be better than it’s been in a long long time. Helping get rid of the possibility of germs, bacteria 🦠 and mold build up while helping the system run more efficiently as well. 😷 💨 ✅

A day full of annual service/ service work. Some conditions better than others. But either way we made sure everything was good to go 👌

DO NOT FORGET TO SCHEDULE YOUR ANNUAL SERVICE/MAINTENANCE : cooler weather is coming and we will be catching up on our installs and starting to schedule cleanings , annual maintenance , and warranty check ups to make sure your hvac equipment and water heaters are in tip top shape to take on the winter months. Save yourself from making an emergency no heat call with preventative maintenance and also make your system operate efficiently to save yourself money on utility and heating bills 💵.

Very very hot out the last two days. We have been doing service work and saving a lot of older units not to mention losing a lot of hydration through sweat lol 😂. Also by the way attics on days like today are not fun 😆

Sunday we found a dead in the water heat pump . Completely out of refrigerant . So today on “good Friday” we did an emergency change out . Removed the old units and installed a new ducane heat pump condenser, air handler , and back up heat package for our customer in shermansdale. Now to enjoy the Easter holiday weekend and back to the grind next week.
