White & Borgognoni is proud to have been a part of the Carbondale Middle School Family Resource Center project!

The renovation included demolition of the existing drop ceiling and flooring, installation of three new doors, CMU infill at an existing opening, and the addition of a laundry room with six washer/dryer hookups. The project also included new flooring and dedicated space for a food pantry.

We are proud to support projects that create valuable resources and services for students, families, and the community!

It’s exciting to see the incredible progress being made on the Illinois Amish Heritage Center’s new Visitor Center & Museum! This project is bringing a vision to life that will preserve and share the rich history, heritage, and culture of the Illinois Amish community for generations to come. White & Borgognoni Architects is proud to be part of a project that will create a welcoming destination for visitors to learn, explore, and experience this unique piece of Illinois history. We look forward to seeing the finished facility and its lasting impact on the community!

Work is currently in progress at Parrish Elementary School, where renovations to the existing playground are underway. This project will provide students with an upgraded, safer, and more engaging outdoor play environment, enhancing recreational opportunities and supporting the school's commitment to student well-being.

Construction has begun at Zion Methodist Church of Gordonville!

This project includes a new 5,688-square-foot, two-story addition designed to support the church’s growing community and provide additional space for ministry and fellowship.

Progress continues on site with foundations, retaining walls, concrete pads, and the first floor now installed. Structural steel columns and beams have been erected on the first floor, while ground floor interior walls have been installed and painted. The Fellowship Hall walls have also received their finishes, and installation of the first-floor exterior wall metal studs is approximately 75% complete.

We are excited to see this project continue to take shape and look forward to the finished space serving the Zion Methodist Church community for years to come.

White & Borgognoni Architects is proud to have been part of the new Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Maintenance Facility in Dongola, Illinois, completed in 2025.

The project involved the demolition of the existing maintenance building and the construction of a new engineered post-frame facility. The scope of work included concrete footings and foundation walls, slab-on-grade construction, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, hollow metal and aluminum doors and frames, acoustical ceiling systems, plastic laminate casework, painting, resilient base, and all associated site, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, and electrical work.

We are grateful to have partnered on another important infrastructure project that will support IDOT's operations for years to come.

Martindale Hall Addition and Renovation at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, is nearing completion after nearly two years of construction and transformation. What started as a long-term vision is now becoming a reality, with only minor work remaining as the project enters its final stages. The exterior has taken shape beautifully, showcasing the progress and dedication that have gone into every phase of the work. We're proud to see this project coming together and look forward to its completion, where it will serve students, faculty, and the campus community for years to come.

The General John A. Logan Museum in Murphysboro is dedicated to preserving the life and legacy of John A. Logan. Established in 1989 on or near the site of Logan’s birthplace, the museum serves as an educational resource for local history, the Civil War, and 19th-century American politics.

The museum highlights Logan’s remarkable journey from his boyhood in southern Illinois to becoming a Union Army general, U.S. Senator, and the leader credited with establishing Memorial Day as a national day of remembrance.

White & Borgognoni Architects P.C. is proud to assist with this meaningful project and celebrate the ribbon cutting of an institution that continues to honor the region’s rich history and national legacy.

Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri is nearing completion. Final exterior finishes are currently underway, including concrete paving, signage, walkway improvements, and site lighting.

The 19,501-square-foot facility was designed to support the needs of modern emergency response operations and includes vehicle bays, storage and work rooms, administrative offices, training rooms, and living quarters.
