We are strengthening our team for the upcoming season and hiring at multiple levels.

Preston Earth designs, builds, and stewards gardens as living systems — rooted in place, ecology, and long-term care. We maintain perennial, ornamental, and edible gardens at a high horticultural standard.

If you care about craft, plants, and working outdoors with a steady, skilled team, we’d love to hear from you.

Open Positions:

Crew Lead – Fine Garden Maintenance
$30–35/hr
5–10 years experience | 1–3 years leading a crew
Lead a small team, manage seasonal priorities, and model high standards in the field.

Experienced Fine Gardener
$28–30/hr
3–5 years experience
Strong plant knowledge and pruning fundamentals. High-end garden experience preferred.

Entry-Level Gardener (Trainable)
$24–28/hr
Interested in horticulture and willing to learn fine gardening practices.
