Wow! Another amazing remodel on this beautiful home in Wildwood Crest New Jersey. Beautiful new Devonshire style Madallion kitchen cabinets and Cambria quarts countertops! A beautiful marble subway backsplash with picture frame basket weave design over the range! Ripped out and replaced roughly 2,000 sq feet of ceramic tile with new Mannington engineered wood flooring including steps! Old outdated pvc replaced with Stunning new iron railings! Too All new GeCafe appliances. All new electrical including but not limited to, Sonos sound system with in ceiling indoor and outdoor speakers, under cabinet lighting,sensor activated pantry lighting, usb outlets, and ofcourse all new recessed lighting and dimmer switches! Happy new year! Out with the old in with the new!! Another AMAZING transformation performed in this master bathroom in wildwood crest. Hand layed Lunada Bay Pisa pearl paper faced glass mosaic feature back wall is stunning pictures not show true beauty of this tile! 48 inch vanity with farmhouse sink!Shiplap wainscoting all the way around! New kholer toilet, floating shelves and much much more!! Another amazing job and happy costumer!!!

This condominium at Regency Towers North Wildwood New Jersey was ruined by water damage from a leak on an upper floor. The pictures do no justice to the transformation from before to after. New drywall,new glue down cortec flooring, new interior doors and trim, new plumbing & electrical, new white shaker cabinets with crown moulding, tile backsplash, new corner shower stall, toilet and pedestal sink. Kaiser construction got the job done right on a tight deadline! It was a pleasure renovating this retirement condominium for Ross and Nancy. Thank you for choosing Kaiser construction and enjoy your brand new condo!

A big thank you to Lydia for trusting in Kaiser Construction LLC to remodel and design her new condo in wildwood crest. We completely gutted it down to the studs. Replaced some of the framing, recessed the beam into the ceiling, all new electrical, all new plumbing including busting out the slab and installing new drains, new Mitsubishi ductless heating and air conditioning. Custom barn doors, custom shower, and much much more! Check out the amazing transformation!!!
