🪵Project Elijah Townsend start:

We are currently tackling some major restoration work on this historic beauty, which dates all the way back to 1775. Right now, we’re in the process of replacing some old clapboard siding with fresh, authentic Atlantic White Cedar.

There is something incredibly rewarding about using traditional materials to honor the craftsmanship of the past and ensure this home stands strong for another 250 years.Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes updates on this preservation journey!

Shoutout to Medford Cedar Products for making this possible!

Project Hand Completed✅:

Clean lines and premium materials. 🏡✨

We wrapped up this pool side project using grey composite decking, low maintenance white vinyl railings, and sleek black aluminum balusters. Finished off with white lattice skirting to keep the foundation looking sharp.

No staining, no sanding just pure backyard enjoyment.☀️

Out with the rot, in with a brand new view 🪟 ✨

This rotted window was way past the point of a simple patch job, so we opted for a full replacement. This and 4 other windows not only needed a full replacement, but some sheathing and siding repairs. Now it’s completely sealed, energy efficient, and ready for any weather. 🏡☀️
