We’re in the final stages of this build in Cape Elizabeth and we designed this house from the very beginning, carefully considering every nook and cranny—from how light moves through each room to the materials that ground the space—creating a home that is both highly functional and quietly elevated in its design. We’re not finished yet—but this is the part where everything starts to come together.
