Why this 2-story Cape Coral home is concrete block on BOTH floors 🏗️ A 2x12 ledger bolted into the concrete tie beam carries the floor trusses, so the second story can be block too — built to stand up to hurricane winds.

The right subcontractors can make or break a custom home build!

When choosing a custom home builder, don’t just ask about price. Ask who will actually be building your home and how long the builder has worked with their subcontractors.

At Lauren Homes, we aren’t looking for the cheapest subcontractor. We want experienced professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well and understand the level of quality we expect for our clients.

Don't Create a FULL TIME JOB with your landscaping!!! 🌴😂

When we build a new custom home we put a nice budget in for landscaping, but we also try to make sure our clients understand what they are planting, how much maintenance it will take and how BIG some of these plants can get in Florida!

We want your new home to look beautiful, but we also want to set you up for landscape success and not crazy work every weekend!

Call and start your build journey.
