Metal framing is being installed inside this Sanibel home to shape the interior walls. We use strong 20-gauge metal framing to ensure straight lines and precision throughout. Plywood backing is then strategically added behind the drywall in areas that need extra reinforcement for hanging cabinetry, shelving, TVs, heavy artwork, and more - so you never have to spend time searching for a stud.

Building fully custom homes requires an exceptional level of detail and coordination, so having the right tools and processes in place is essential.

Last week our entire team participated in in-office training with representatives from Buildertrend. We’ve been using Buildertrend for several years to manage our construction process, and as the platform continues to evolve, we’re always looking for ways to take advantage of its newest features and capabilities. This training gave our team the opportunity to sharpen our skills and refine how we use the platform across our business.

We are excited to implement what we have learned and elevate the Windward experience - for our team, our subcontractors, and most importantly, our clients!
