Another waterfront transformation completed by Coastal Marine Group.

For this project, our team:
✔️ Installed full-length plastic piling sleeves from the top of every piling down into the seabed, providing complete protection from the splash zone all the way below the mud line.
✔️ Installed a new shallow-water cradle, giving the owner safe and dependable boat storage.
✔️ Dredged the boat slip to improve water depth and provide easier access in shallow-water conditions.

Some heavy duty Dredging going down today. We tried suction Dredging at this location, but could only get about a foot of depth before hitting hard bottom. We stepped it up a notch and are going to break through it with a clam bucket and freefall Crane.

Another brand new dock and satisfied customer! Very often seawalls aren’t perfectly level across the property, especially when there is a Concrete Dock that splits up the wall. We very often see the wall on one side, a couple inches higher or lower than the other. In order to keep the dock 100 percent level and cover the imperfections on the wall we like to deck over the seawall cap. The finished product looks fantastic! We highly recommend this upgrade to anyone building a new dock.

This Father’s Day, do him a favor — skip the tie and hand him the keys to the boat instead. He’ll come back relaxed, sun-kissed, and (hopefully) with dinner.
