When breaking ground on a project. You have to know what's under your site. Utilities is the 1st to contact ( call 811 ). Locates potential line that will be disruptive while site prep. Here we have a sprinkler system and an abandoned second water supply to homesite, possibly an irrigation meter was set at one time.

Help take care of our Furry visitors! Always keep dogs on a leash, but as our Texas summers climb in temperatures make sure you have water for them. Find shaded areas where they can rest and watch their paws, as the concrete is always hotter than the air and they can easily burn their paws.

Here’s a quick update from the expedition team. 😎

All out of the cave safe & sound by 2 am after 16 1/2 hard hours.

The journey was exhilarating and exhausting as the team squeezed through tight crawl ways, rappelled down ropes into pits, climbed over breakdown boulders, trudged through deep mud, waded through chest deep water, crossed a rope traverse dangling over a 70 foot pit, dug through rubble and ascended up ropes on this epic adventure.

We are going to have a full report about their journey and discoveries on Wednesday with photos and more, but for now, here’s one great photo to give you a taste!
