Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher
Pay and Schedule:

$19 – 24 per hour, depending on experience + bonuses
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, full time
Potential for limited overtime

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage daily service schedules for HVAC technicians using Housecall Pro

- Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly

- Adjust schedules throughout the day based on emergencies, delays, and service needs

-Support efficient routing, appointment coordination, and technician utilization

- Maintain accurate customer and job information within the CRM system

- Help identify scheduling conflicts and assist with operational problem-solving

- Work closely with leadership to support team performance and customer experience

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling or coordination is required

- HVAC industry experience or home services experience is strongly preferred (electrical, pest control, plumbing)

- Experience using Housecall Pro or similar scheduling / CRM software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person

- Comfortable managing schedule changes, urgent updates, and setting clear expectations when plans shift

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of keeping schedules and operations running smoothly

- Reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Remember and honor...

The Missing Man Table (or Fallen Comrade Table) is a solemn, highly symbolic military tradition honoring POWs and those Missing in Action. Every precise item on the small, round table represents a specific emotional or historical sacrifice.

The Traditional Table Layout:
The Empty Chair: Placed slightly pulled out, representing the missing service member who is absent but never forgotten.
Small Round Table: Symbolizes the everlasting concern of the survivors and the never-ending hope for the fallen's return.
White Tablecloth: Represents the pure, honorable intentions of the service member answering their country's call.
Black Napkin (Optional): Often placed on the table to represent the sorrow of the waiting families.

The Place Setting
Inverted Glass: Placed upside down to signify that the missing service member is unable to share a celebratory toast.
Single Dinner Plate: A reminder of the empty seat and the isolation of the absent individual.
Slice of Lemon: Placed on the bread plate to represent the bitter fate of those captured or missing in foreign lands.
Pinch of Salt: Placed on the bread plate to symbolize the tears of the missing and their families waiting for answers.
Single Red Rose: Placed in a vase to remind attendees of the lives lost and the loved ones who keep the faith.
Yellow Ribbon: Tied around the vase, symbolizing the love of country and the hope of their return.
Lit Candle: Reflects hope and acts as a beacon for their safe return, alive or deceased.
Book of Faith / Bible: Represents the strength gained through faith to sustain those lost.
