We were proud to partner with the Massachusetts Chapter of CFMA earlier this month, welcoming approximately 20 members to our life science project for a behind-the-scenes site tour. The visit offered CFMA members a firsthand look at the transformation of a 75,000 SF facility into a modern cGMP manufacturing environment and quality control laboratory, including the complex infrastructure and coordination required to support operations and future growth.

We value opportunities like this to connect with peers, share knowledge and strengthen the partnerships that move our industry forward. Thank you to CFMA Massachusetts and everyone who joined us for an afternoon of learning, collaboration and networking.

Yesterday, team members from across Timberline came together to hear from colleagues and celebrate the work happening across the company at our Q3 TimberLive. The presenters covered their project of a 54,000 SF phased transformation of an existing manufacturing facility into specialized laboratory and office space, and walked us through overcoming challenges such as power delays and equipment startup issues to reach a successful completion.

TimberLive continues to provide a platform for employees to share their expertise, showcase the great work our teams are doing and learn from one another's experiences in a relaxed, collaborative setting. These sessions help strengthen connections, encourage knowledge sharing and celebrate our people.

Timberline is excited to share the completed renovation at the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England, a two-floor buildout that supports the growth of the practice and the patients it serves. From a new infusion suite and new exam rooms to physical therapy space and dedicated research space, the new facility brings every part of the practice under one roof.

Advanced manufacturing and warehouse transformation is complete. Solmetex's 58,000 SF new facility delivers a modern environment built to support continued innovation, operational efficiency and future growth for this market leader in water quality and safety solutions for the dental industry.

The full-building renovation transformed the space into a high-performance hub featuring a new warehouse for distribution, manufacturing, office, training and support areas, along with significant mechanical, electrical and process infrastructure upgrades. Through close collaboration with the owner, design team and trade partners, we navigated evolving project requirements and long-lead material challenges to deliver a facility that supports Solmetex's commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.

Steel is up, and this rooftop expansion is reaching new heights.

A major milestone has been reached on this 75,000 SF renovation for a life science company as the structural steel frame for a new rooftop penthouse addition is now complete. Once finished, mechanical systems in this penthouse will support new manufacturing, laboratory and office spaces.

With work progressing simultaneously above and inside the building, this phase required careful planning, seamless coordination and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Great teamwork, steady progress and another milestone in the books.

Happy National Intern Day! At Timberline, our interns don’t just observe – they get to experience design and construction from the inside out.

Through our co-op program, approximately 10 interns every year gain hands-on exposure to different areas of the construction process, building knowledge, skills and experience along the way.

And while they’re learning from us, we’re learning from them, too. Their fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and hard work make a real impact across our teams.

A unique project is underway at Harvard Memorial Church in Cambridge this summer, where our team is providing design-build services focused on supporting the long-term preservation of the church's iconic tower and steeple. This work requires a balance of technical expertise, meticulous planning, and respect for the original architecture to ensure the long-term preservation of this important landmark.

270 cubic yards of concrete. Zero room for error.

Our team recently wrapped a massive concrete pour out at a Western Massachusetts redevelopment project - enough concrete to fill about 1,800 bathtubs. Getting that much concrete placed and finished cleanly takes serious coordination, and our crew delivered.

These shots capture the slab work, the concrete paver in action and new curbing going in as the site's infrastructure comes together piece by piece.

Since the winter, our team has been steadily transforming this 10-acre site – new parking, utility storage areas, upgraded utilities and site improvements built to last for years to come.

Big pour, bigger teamwork. Great work, team!
