We transformed a severely neglected, dilapidated small Cape house into a fully restored modern farmhouse with colonial revival influences. Our first project from start to finish. What began as a property in desperate need of care is now a thoughtfully renovated space, rebuilt with attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

PROGRESS: Cabinets are installed, and the fireplace millwork is complete with a mantle. Geraldo’s Plastering & Painting painters are in-house, making everything look beautiful. The cabinet island was enhanced with a shiplap back, which will be sprayed the same color as the island's cabinetry. We're waiting on the countertops; after that, a beautiful tile backsplash will be installed, and I will install two more brushed-gold pendant lights centered over the island.

The fireplace shiplap millwork is starting to take shape. A reclaimed wood mantle will be installed soon, along with crown moldings at the top. It will be a few more weeks before the property is ready to hit the market.
