A little landscape lighting makes a big difference! 💡

Two pathway lights, one landscape accent light and a high output LED light for a future flag pole installation, all installed on RAB posts, each with an always-powered GFCI receptacle. A photocell automatically turns the lights on at dusk and off at dawn.

These daytime photos only tell half the story—after dark, landscape lighting brings warmth, highlights outdoor features, and makes pathways more welcoming.

⚡ Emergency 480V Commercial Electrical Service Call ⚡

This past week, we responded to a commercial facility following a catastrophic 480-volt meter failure that caused a complete loss of power.

Completed the following:
✔️ Removed and replaced the damaged 480V meter socket
✔️ Coordinated installation of a new utility meter with the power company
✔️ Installed a new 75 kVA dry-type transformer
✔️ Corrected grounding and bonding for the new separately derived system
✔️ Verified proper three-phase phase rotation and operation of rooftop HVAC equipment
✔️ Performed comprehensive testing before returning the building safely to service

High-voltage commercial electrical work requires experience, careful troubleshooting, and attention to detail. From emergency response through final commissioning, every step was completed with safety and reliability as the priority.
