Ken is one of the friendly faces you’ll see out in the field, helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments — their homes!

From identifying storm damage and recommending roof repairs or replacements to helping homeowners navigate the sometimes confusing insurance claims process, Ken is all about finding solutions and making the experience as stress-free as possible.

But Ken isn’t just about roofs and insurance paperwork. He’s about building relationships, earning trust, and treating our customers like neighbors — because they are!

From overseeing daily jobsite operations and coordinating materials and repairs to assisting with roof inspections, JT plays a key role in making sure every project meets the Top Notch standard.

As a small, family-owned business, we take pride in having a team that’s willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done right. And JT is no exception!
