🏡New Pool House Reveal 🏊‍♂️✨

JTC Architecture is excited to share the design for a new pool house that will replace an outdated structure on this established property. The existing pool and main residence remain, while the former pool house is being fully demolished to make way for a modern, more functional design built on a raised slab foundation.

Key features of the new design include:
• A spacious covered pavilion with exposed timber trusses and a warm wood ceiling
• A fully integrated outdoor living area with fireplace and TV wall
• Large sliding glass doors that open the space to the pool deck and existing hardscape
• A dedicated indoor golf simulator suite with lounge seating and a custom bar
• Updated circulation and step transitions to seamlessly connect the new structure with the existing pool area
• Refined landscaping enhancements to complement the new architecture

This project transforms a dated pool house into a modern, versatile extension of the property—designed to support year-round entertaining and elevated outdoor living.

Pool House Project 🏡✨

We’re excited to share a side-by-side look at an ongoing pool house replacement project. The existing pool house (pictured on the left) will be fully demolished and replaced with a new, modern structure designed by JTC Architecture.

The new design features a raised slab foundation, exposed timber trusses, expanded covered outdoor living, and an interior golf simulator suite—transforming this backyard into a true year-round retreat.

One of the most valuable parts of our process is the ability to give clients a clear visual understanding of their project early on. Using advanced 3D modeling and rendering tools, we create accurate, real-time representations of what the final design will look and feel like in their existing space.

This helps clients:
• Visualize how new structures integrate with current site conditions
• Understand scale, materials, and spatial relationships

Designed by JTC Architecture, with Baldwin Architectural Group serving as Architect of Record, this project will be an incredible addition to the growing downtown community.

This thoughtfully crafted mixed-use destination brings together:
🥃 A craft distillery warehouse supporting small-batch production and barrel aging
🍴 A high-end tapas restaurant and bar, seamlessly connected to a full commercial kitchen
🍹 A covered patio with a walk-up bar, perfect for open-air dining and social gatherings
🔥 A gravel “front yard” featuring fire pits and flexible outdoor seating
