SEI owns and maintains over 200 pieces of equipment, including 80+ lifts, trucks, and trailers. We invest in our fleet because it means better service, faster response times, and full control over quality.

Scope Spotlight 🏗️ Lowell High School

Sunrise Erectors is proud to be a team behind this multi-phase construction project. Here's a look at what our crew has delivered, phase by phase:

🏛️ Courtyard Windows (Current Phase 4): Marvin windows completing the courtyard elevation.

🪟 Exterior Windows & Interior Lightwalls (Phase 3): Window installation across the exterior facade, paired with custom curtainwall lightwalls, made up of glazed panel systems that bring natural light into the facility.

🌉 Curtainwall Bridge (Phase 2): Pre-glazed curtainwall units installed over the greenery connecting two buildings. The bridge is now a fully-glazed transportation walkway for students & faculty to get to and from classes with ease.

From structural glazing to finish details, this project is a great example of the range our team brings to every phase of a build. Proud of the work here and the crew behind it.

On June 26th, we brought our Sunrise family together to celebrate Sunrise Erectors' 30th Anniversary.

It was a night filled with reunions, laughter, and recognition as we honored the employees whose dedication has helped shape our company over the past three decades.

We're incredibly proud of everything we've accomplished together and grateful for the "30 Years of Memories" we've made along the way.

The future is incredibly bright for Team Orange. Cheers to 30 more!

Finished Photos of 41 LaGrange Street- Boston, MA

The 19-story development in the theatre-district will soon be operating as a mixed-income-living-space. Opening it's doors in the second half of 2026, the facility will offer affordable studio, one-bedroom & two-bedroom apartments.

Throughout the duration of the project, Sunrise Erectors successfully navigated limited lay-down space and tight working conditions, making this job a significant accomplishment for our team. Our scope of the project included the installation of: ACM Panels & first floor INTUS aluminum windows, aluminum storefront, aluminum doors and interior glazing.
