Over the past year, Sunrise and Reynaers have been collaborating on an impactful venture: in-house fabrication of aluminum window systems. Our teams have been flying back and forth between Belgium and Boston to master every detail of the process together.
Reynaers Aluminum is a family-owned company founded in 1965 in Duffel, Belgium, recognized globally as a leader in innovative, high-performance aluminum systems for windows, doors, and curtain walls, trusted on architectural and commercial projects around the world.
To bring this partnership to life, we've completely transformed Building B at our Mansfield facility into the new home of Reynaers window fabrication. Sunrise is now an officially certified Reynaers fabricator AND installer, meaning we handle the entire process in-house. From raw aluminum profile to finished, weathertight window, we no longer outsource a single step. That kind of vertical integration means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and one accountable team from start to finish. None of this would be possible without our Mansfield team, who have fully embraced this new craft over the past year, and of course, our wonderful team at Reynaers who have fully supported our endeavors.
Pictured is a look at our end-to-end production process: precision cutting and machining on our new production line, hands-on assembly and quality checks by our team. Every unit goes through a rigorous, quality-controlled process before it ever reaches a customer's building.
