Another attic pulldown staircase installed in Lynn. HVAC guys needed a way up to install their equipment and keep the house at a nice comfortable temperature. Old hatch inside closet framed, patched and painted in, a little electrical rerouted and a new pulldown staircase installed frame to finish. Completed project alert: our team has wrapped up a thorough renovation of the kitchen, half bath, and laundry closet in Hingham. A highlight of the project is the newly created cased entryway, which brings an influx of light in from the dining room. The kitchen now features state-of-the-art cabinets, appliances, flooring, and backsplash. The bathroom and laundry closet have also been upgraded with new fixtures, shelving, and doors. This property now showcases modern ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, along with beautifully refinished hardwood floors. 5 new interior doors with new hardware and a fresh coat of paint. The hallway has been revitalized with a fresh coat of paint and new trim, and the popcorn plaster has been replaced with smooth drywall. Unfortunately, we didn't take before photos, which would have highlighted the dramatic transformation. This renovation has resulted in a huge improvement, our repeat customer is thrilled.
