💛🏡 COMMUNITY PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: A HUGE THANK YOU TO TOLIN DESIGNS!🏡💛

✨ It takes more than four walls to make a house a home. It takes heart, compassion, and a community willing to come together to make a difference.

Today, we want to give a very special shout-out to the incredible team at Tolin Designs for the generosity, dedication, and love they poured into helping us prepare Chasing Hope House's first independent living home for our youth! 💛

From donating and installing beautiful flooring to adding wallpaper, decorations, and thoughtful finishing touches throughout the house, the Tolin Designs team went above and beyond to help us create something truly special.

They didn't just donate materials. They donated their time, their talents, their hard work, and, most importantly, their hearts. ❤️

And while the physical transformation of the house is absolutely beautiful, the impact of their generosity goes far beyond what the eye can see.

For the young people who will walk through these doors, every thoughtfully designed room represents something bigger: comfort, stability, belonging, and the opportunity to begin writing a new chapter of their lives.

Because at Chasing Hope House, we're not just preparing a place for youth to live. We're creating a space where they can feel valued, supported, and empowered to build a future filled with possibilities. 🌱

To the entire Tolin Designs team: THANK YOU for believing in our mission, investing in our youth, and reminding us what can happen when a community comes together with a shared purpose.

Your kindness and generosity have left a lasting mark on this home, and we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Chasing Hope House journey. 💛

🌟 And there's more!

Tolin Designs recently shared a wonderful article highlighting their experience helping us prepare the house for move-in day, complete with photos of the incredible transformation!

We encourage everyone to take a moment to read their story, see the beautiful work they've done, and help us show this amazing local business some well-deserved appreciation!

👏 Help us give Tolin Designs a HUGE round of applause in the comments! 👏

Because when businesses invest in their communities, they're doing more than improving spaces.

They're helping transform lives, one act of kindness at a time. 💛

A little kitchen glow-up with a whole lot of charm. ✨

Not every transformation has to start from scratch! For this kitchen, we worked with the existing cabinetry and gave the space a fresh new look that feels brighter, updated, and completely refreshed.

Sometimes it’s about knowing what to change, what to keep, and how to make it all come together. 🤍

Small changes. Big glow-up.

Bringing the 60s back, one bathroom at a time. ✨

Our clients wanted this space to feel true to the era their home was built—and we had SO much fun bringing it back to life.

Custom cabinetry, terrazzo floors, chrome details and all the mid-century charm. Sometimes the best designs aren’t about making something feel brand new… they’re about making it feel like it’s always belonged. 🕺🏼

The Power of Knowing Who Are. And sometimes, that starts with knowing what you're not.

1. We're not just decorators.
But we absolutely love putting the finishing touches on the spaces we design.

2. We're not a handyman service.
But we're lucky enough to have a talented team of craftsmen who can bring just about any vision to life.

3. We're not just designers.
Because dreaming up beautiful spaces is only half the fun. We love having the ability to actually build them, too.

4. We're not the least expensive option.
And that's okay. We believe thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and an exceptional remodeling experience are worth investing in.

5. We're not the right fit for every project.
And we don't expect to be. We believe the best results come from working with people who share our appreciation for the process, the details, and the end result.

Because knowing who you are means knowing what you do best.
