A Second Set of Eyes for Your Restaurant

At Moore Restaurant Services, we’re a local small business working with small businesses.

I know firsthand how important it is to keep refrigeration and ice equipment running properly without spending more than necessary. That’s why I’m offering an independent refrigeration and ice machine assessment for restaurant owners who want an honest second opinion.

Large service companies often have significant overhead, multiple layers of management, and different technicians showing up each time. That can make it difficult to know exactly who is working on your equipment and whether the recommendations you’re receiving are truly in your best interest.

Summer is here folks and nothing says summer more than a commercial Walk in cooler deciding it’s time to quit. That August heat is around the corner why not upgrade your unit and make an investment in your business.

Not loving the diesel fuel price jump of $0.90 in a week.

Have you verified that your hanging thermostat is accurate? I do each time I use mine with a cup of ice water … same way probes are checked for the digital thermostats. Accuracy is one way of proving and reducing guessing.

Refrigeration leaks, fryers leaks are all the same. They leak and the either need to be fixed or replaced.

Most fryers have a 2-5 year warranty on their fry pots and just reaching out to the supplier could get you a brand new one as replacing the frypot is quite a task and not work the cost of the equipment in some cases.

Refrigeration leaks once identified must be repaired or the units replaced. If you refuse repairs … ain’t my problem anymore you’ll just have a broken unit!

Now that the heat has ramped up we are getting flooded with calls. Please be patient and realize that we are doing our best to get to every call in a timely manner. Rescheduling emergency calls over others doesn’t mean we are ignoring your concerns, we just prioritize. Luckily our extensive customer base has been sympathetic over the past 4 years and understand.

Inconsistent walk-in cooler temps can be very annoying and detrimental to your operations. We strive to be able to find those issues and resolve them. Having the right equipment to locate leaks, diagnose electrical issues, and maintain proper pressures is our goal.
