Life is a lot like bull riding.

You climb into that chute knowing what’s underneath you is bigger, stronger, and unpredictable.

Your heart is pounding.
Your hands are sweating.
Every part of your mind is telling you what could go wrong.

Then that gate swings open…

And you’ve got two choices—you can hold on and RIDE, or you can let fear throw you off before you ever get started.

That bull is LIFE.

Business. Fatherhood. Relationships. Faith. Failure. Risk. Pressure. The unknown.

Finding someone to do life with is about so much more than finding someone you love.

It’s about finding a partner. A teammate. Your person.

Someone you can raise kids with and teach them about God together. Someone you can pray with, worship with, build a family with, and build a business with.

Someone you can have deep conversations with about life, faith, goals, fears, dreams, and the future.

You teach each other. You push each other. You correct each other when needed. You celebrate each other’s wins. And when life gets heavy, you know without a doubt that person has your back.

But it’s also about enjoying life together.

Date nights. Traveling. Networking events. Hanging out with friends. Car shows. Cars & Coffee. Random drives. Laughing until your stomach hurts. Making memories with the kids and still making time for each other.

Building together without forgetting to live together.

A real relationship isn’t one person chasing their dreams while the other just watches.

It’s two people saying:

“We’re a team. Your dreams matter to me. Your growth matters to me. Your relationship with God matters to me. Our family matters to me. And whatever we’re building, we’re building it together.”

There will be long days, sleepless nights, setbacks, and moments when you question everything. But nothing worth building comes without sacrifice.
Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep your faith stronger than your fear and your discipline stronger than your excuses.
One day, you’ll look back and realize the hardest seasons were the ones that built you into the person you needed to become.

Everybody wants the big wins, but not everybody is willing to do the small things it takes to get there.
Show up early. Keep your word. Pay attention to the details. Do the work nobody sees. Hold yourself accountable when nobody is watching.
It's the little things you do consistently that build discipline, create trust, strengthen your team, and grow your business.
You don't build a legacy overnight. You build it one decision, one habit, one relationship, and one job at a time.
The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
Stay intentional. Stay disciplined. Keep stacking those small wins. Before you know it, you'll look back and realize those little steps built something bigger than you ever imagined.

When you work together like a family, work gets done—but more importantly, you build something bigger than just a company.

We work hard. We laugh. We have fun. We’re human, so sometimes there are mishaps and disagreements—but at the end of the day, we come together, get the job done right, and have each other’s backs.

That’s CULTURE.

Nobody on this team is more important than the next person. We treat everyone with the same respect. We lift each other up instead of tearing each other down. We pray for each other. We hold safety meetings before we start because I want every person who shows up with us to go home safely to their family.

Today, we remember. 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001 changed America forever.

We remember the innocent lives that were lost. We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage when our country needed them most.

On one of America’s darkest days, we also witnessed what it meant to stand UNITED. Strangers helped strangers. Heroes ran toward danger. Americans stood shoulder to shoulder.

May we never forget the lives lost, the families forever changed, the sacrifices made, and the unity that followed.

Some gave everything so others could have tomorrow.

God bless the families.
God bless our first responders.
