Old popcorn ceilings can make a space feel dated. For this home in Laconia, we removed textured ceilings throughout the first floor, handled every step from careful prep to a smooth finish, and applied two fresh coats of paint for a clean look.

We also gave the staircase area a new feel with updated trim, freshly painted walls, and a crisp ceiling. Upgrading the kitchen and entryway lighting to modern flush LED puck lights added the finishing touch.

Peeling paint on outdoor railings can be a headache for any homeowner.

We returned to address warranty repairs on a set of porch railings that were suffering from product failure in Canterbury. Every flake of chipping paint was carefully scraped and collected, followed by a complete sanding of all surfaces. To make sure the new finish would last, we tested the absorbency of the wood before priming and painting. Two fresh coats later, the railings were looking crisp and ready to face the seasons ahead.

A fresh coat of paint can bring new life to any home.

For this Canterbury project, we started by pressure washing and scraping away years of buildup, carefully repairing any rot in the siding and deck. We made sure every clapboard fit seamlessly, then applied primer and two coats of paint for a uniform look. The deck was sanded, painted, and its railings refinished to match. We also replaced the back door, addressed hidden rot, and finished with new trim inside and out.

A slanting porch can be more than just an eyesore—it can signal bigger structural problems.

At this Manchester home, the front deck had shifted and needed a complete rebuild. We started by securing the area with temporary supports and then removed the original porch. New 6x6 posts and trex decking went in, and we reinforced the upper porch and roof with sturdy new posts. The original metal railings were reconnected for character and safety, and we finished with a fresh coat of paint on all decking.

Sometimes a deck just isn’t safe or sturdy anymore. We took on a full rebuild in Bristol, removing the old railings, decking, and stairs to address hidden issues in the framing.

We squared off the main deck, added a new set of stairs aimed toward the backyard, and covered all joist tops with a moisture barrier for lasting protection. Fresh Trex decking in pebble grey, Azek risers, and vinyl railings with black balusters finished the look. We even built a custom gate at the top of the stairs for extra safety.
