This 21,178 sq. ft. commercial roof had reached the point where repairs alone were no longer a reliable solution. Widespread seam separation throughout the existing TPO roof membrane was allowing water intrusion and putting the facility's operations at risk.

Our crews restored the roof system with a high-performance silicone roof coating system, first priming all existing TPO repairs to ensure proper adhesion to the membrane. We also furnished and installed 4-inch laminated fabric adhesive tape at all curbs, rooftop projections and skylights to reinforce critical transition points and create a durable, long-lasting seal.

The result? A seamless restoration that extends the life of the existing roof and improves waterproofing for the facility.

Recently, our Safety & Risk team gathered in Pennsylvania for our annual Corporate Safety Meeting, bringing together team members from across the United States and Canada to celebrate their achievements and reinforce our commitment to safety.
