We’re a concrete & custom pool company building high-end, one-of-a-kind work — not cookie-cutter jobs.
We’re looking for a working foreman who can lead a crew, set the tone on site, and take pride in what gets built.
What you’ll do:
• Run day-to-day jobs
• Lead, supervise and train crew members
• Layout, prep, and execute concrete & pool builds
• Be accountable for quality and pace
What we’re looking for:
• Concrete or construction leadership experience
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Shows up, communicates, and takes ownership
Pay & position:
• Full-time
• Pay based on ability & performance
