A custom home designed to make the most of every view. 🏔️

We are excited to share this newly completed Mountain View Builders home. From the bold modern exterior and expansive wraparound deck to the dramatic window wall overlooking the river and mountains, every element was designed around the setting.

Inside, the home features an open-concept kitchen and living area, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, contemporary fireplaces, custom cabinetry, modern bathrooms, black-framed windows, and clean finishes throughout. Outdoor living was also a priority, with covered spaces, cable railings, a hot tub, and plenty of room to enjoy the Colorado landscape.

We are proud of the craftsmanship, thoughtful details, and hard work that brought this one-of-a-kind home to life.

🏡 Another custom home is underway!

The permits are posted, site work is moving forward, and we’re excited to begin bringing this homeowner’s vision to life.

From preparing the site to the first stages of construction, every custom home starts with a strong foundation and a clear plan. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help another family build their dream home here in Fremont County.

And of course, this project has had plenty of help from the Mountain View Builders crew, including Joshua Jr. and Oakley, our four-legged site supervisor. 🐾
