A message from Dan,

I wanted to start by thanking everyone for all their kind words, thoughts and prayers for me during this trying time.

I wanted to let everyone know that I did retrieve the trailer back, however the tools were gone.

Even though the tools can be replaced
I’ve still been struggling with the loss to some degree.

I know I need to keep it in perspective there’s no way I could compare it to someone losing a child or a loved one!

I think what bothers me the most about it is that in that trailer full of tools there was a set of wooden levels.

I borrowed the levels from my dad 37 years ago to do my first cabinet install. I used them for a week and every night my dad called me to ask me if I brought them home or if I left them on the job.

when I was done with the job I returned the levels to him and shortly after that he passed away my mom gave me the levels

and I’ve used them on every single cabinet install that I’ve done for the last 37 years and every time I grabbed them I would think of him it was as though I could feel his presence some how helping me with my work.

the trailer has been located, all the tools were stolen.

Our system is so broken our empty trailer with tarp over it in their drive way is not enough evidence to get a search warrant and no arrests are made they got off. So sad that Cops can’t do their jobs!!
They know the laws and they know they can get away with it!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!! This trailer was stolen last night from Cañon City! Please copy and paste and help us find it!!!! It has all of our tools in it for our installation for cabinetry!
