Congratulations to Konner H. for earning our Alert Driver Award! He received Awardco points and a certificate for using defensive driving techniques and avoiding a near collision- protecting himself and the other motorists.

He was one of two employees that received this award. We are grateful to have safety oriented drivers protecting our roads 👏

Help us celebrate our fantastic Concrete Crew (Brandon R., Timothy R., James S., Taylor R., Jay M., and Justin P.) who were recently awarded Awardco points and certificates for the quantity and quality of their Daily Risk Assessments. Their reports excelled at keeping a focus on team communication, assessing potential hazards, identifying/verifying controls, and reassessing when conditions changed.

Great work, team! ✔️

Josh F., an important member of our operations team/road crew, has reached one year of employment with APAC! He started with us as a Laborer and has continued to learn and grow, even learning how to run the screed. He has proven that he is willing to work hard and dedicate himself to getting the job done right.

Congrats on the new white hard hat, Josh!

Inclusion is not about big events or formal programs at CRH. It shows up in the small things we do every day – how we greet each other, how we listen, how we share information, how we recognize effort, and how we make sure everyone has a chance to contribute.

It's about making sure everyone in the APAC family feels like part of the APAC family.

Safety starts with knowledge and teamwork! Plant Operator Dion A. led hands-on training for new hires Kelman and Jose, focusing on LOTO procedures, close proximity work, and critical safety policies. By verifying zero energy state, we ensure everyone goes home safe- because at APAC, that's our priority.

Paving memories off the clock! Great food and even better company at our annual family picnic. Thank you to everyone who showed up for games, bounce houses, face painting, prizes, and many laughs. We love our APAC family!

Help us welcome Kelman S. and Jose D. as the newest members of our APAC team! We're excited for their energy and fresh perspectives 🦺
