One of my first clients. Thanks for the amazing review, Ann. For almost 4 years, Ann never got credit for any of the power her solar system produced. She had a few companies out to look at it but no one can figure out the issue. "It's working" The thing is it was working, just not working properly. Within 30 minutes, I was able to diagnose the problem. The original installer wired her system to the grid side of her utility meter. Because of this, her meter never recorded any of the solar power she produced and it 100% went straight to Duke Energy. She had produced over 8 megawatts of power. 8 megawatts of power straight to Duke. Brio, the original installer is not the only predatory company out there. The list goes on. Encore, pink energy, power home, etc. In my almost 8 years of being a solar professional, I have seen so many customers get screwed over by these money hungry companies. This is why I decided to start my LLC. I wanted to be able to offer people who had been dicked over a fair and honest rate that wasn't going to break the bank. Appalachian Solar Services is here so you don't lose your A. S. S. on your investment.
