Every company has that one person who somehow knows where everything is, how everything works and probably has the password you forgot three months ago.

At Pisgah Electrical Services, that person is Julie Queen ().

Julie has been with PES since day one, making her one of the true OGs of the company. As our Office Manager, she keeps the paperwork moving, the details straight and the rest of us from completely losing the plot.

Outside the office, Julie is a proud mom of two daughters pursuing careers in nursing and is happiest spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Around here, we lovingly call her the keeper of all passwords and paperwork.

And frankly, if Julie goes down, we’re all sunk.

For Jarred Rathbone, leadership starts with taking care of people.

At Pisgah Electrical Services, he’s passionate about building a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and equipped to do great work, while making sure customers receive that same level of care on every project.

Outside of PES, Jarred is a husband, dad and youth pastor, and he’s currently taking on a pretty ambitious project of his own: building his family’s dream home.

Whether he’s serving his family, his church, our team or our customers, Jarred is the kind of leader who believes in showing up, doing more than expected and taking care of the people around him.

That’s a mindset we’re proud to have on the PES management team!

You may know Mitchell Willis as the former owner of in . These days, he’s the quiet, smooth operator behind the scenes at , keeping crews moving, problems solved, and our day-to-day running like it should.

As General Manager, Mitchell is one of those people who doesn’t need the spotlight to make a HUGE impact. He knows our people, knows our customers and knows how to keep a lot of moving pieces headed in the same direction!

We’re kicking off our Meet the Managers series with the guy helping keep PES running strong from the inside out.

Pisgah has grown. So has the way we give back. Now, at Pisgah Electrical, each manager chooses a cause that matters to them. Then, they decide what support looks like: time, money, trade skills, or all three.

No corporate checkbox. No one-size-fits-all giving.

Just OUR people backing the causes THEY believe in.
