Took the call from this customer before this lot was even completely in his ownership and over time we have transformed it into a turn key house lot with a full basement with 9’ walls to use as a garage! A catch basin type drain was put in place to get rid of the water due to the slope of the property. Underground power and a fully state approved septic system! This lot was a tremendous amount of work due to the slope and the drive in basement but with the expertise of the guys we were able to smoothly transition it over to someone’s forever home! Thank you to Aaron especially on this one as it was a real brain twister at times and a ton of lever pulling & material shuffling! Get ahold of us now for your next project, still got quite a lot to wrap up in 2026 and some jobs on the 2027 schedule but always looking for more!

This road has not been a road in probably 60+ years and this landowner decided they finally wanted to easily access the rest of their property. So away we went! Started off with moving the feller buncher in to clear the right of way, then roughing the road in with an excavator. Let that drain off, dry up and harden up some, then in with the tailing and gravel! When we got to the bottom of the hill a bridge was a much more fitting option then a culvert to handle the water, especially with spring run off. So we put together a nice strong bridge setup that will last many years. Gotta thank dad, Aaron, Andrew and Travis for keeping this project moving along so smoothly! As nowadays more of my time is spent in the office and lining these types of jobs up and keeping them rolling. It isn’t where I love to be but someone’s gotta do the part 😂 enjoy!
