We are looking to hire a generator technician. Anyone with automotive or small engine experience is encouraged to apply. You don’t need to be an electrician to be eligible for this position but you must have a valid, clean drivers license.

The job description is performing preventative maintenance on stand by generators and troubleshooting them when they fail. You would also be helping with installs. This is an outdoors, year round job and may sometimes require being on call 24 hours especially during storms.

We would pay for your Generac certification which would require going to Massachusetts for 3 days. Also, you may be asked to obtain an electrician helpers license (we will help you get that as well) so you can help with other jobs as needed.

GENERATOR TECHNICIAN WANTED

We are looking to hire a full time generator technician. Small engine and/or automotive diagnostics and repair experience would be a help but we will train the right person. Clean drivers license is a must and you must either have or be able to obtain a state of Maine electricians helpers license to help with installs and other electrical work. We will pay for the Generac factory training.
