Asphalt is being laid, exterior work is rolling, and the finish line is getting closer.

Owner and Site Supervisor, Coe Johnston, is personally overseeing the final punch-list items for absolute perfection.
Paving and striping services have been expertly rendered by Flynn Brothers-- paving the way for the lot's imminent opening.

Concurrently, preparations for a new Shelbyville City Salt bin are underway, including site prep and grading, to enhance city safety during the anticipated 2027 winter season!
